Privacy

The calculator, layout builder and similar tools save your work in your browser (local storage). This data stays on your device. The site owner cannot read it. Clearing your browser data removes it.

The site uses Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to count visits and measure page speed. They do not use cookies to follow you between sites. They receive technical data such as the page visited, browser type and approximate location.

Google Analytics 4 is optional. It is switched off until you press Accept on the banner, and only then does it set cookies and collect usage data (pages viewed, visit length, approximate location, device type). Refuse, or ignore the banner, and it never loads. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings in the footer. The site owner uses the results in aggregate only.

When the site crashes, an error report is sent to Sentry (servers in the EU) so the owner can fix it. A report holds technical details only: the error, the page address, browser and device type. It does not include your account details or anything you typed, and it is not used for advertising.

If you send a message through the contact form, the message, the topic, the page you were on and the reply email (only if you choose to give one) are sent to a private Discord channel read by the site owner. Nothing from the form is stored on the website itself. Messages are kept until they have been handled, then deleted when no longer needed. You can ask for yours to be deleted at any time.

An account is optional and the whole site works without one. Anyone can create a free account. You can sign in with Discord, Google, or an email address and a password.

When you sign in we store: the account ID and email address your provider shares (for Discord, also your Discord user ID), or the email address you register with, the handle you choose, the date the account was created, and later the layouts, calculations or plans you choose to save. Please do not use your real name as your handle. If a sign-in is refused, nothing about it is kept.

Signing in sets a small cookie that keeps you signed in. It is needed for the sign-in to work, so it does not use the analytics banner. Accounts are stored with Supabase, which processes the data for us. If you use a password, only a scrambled version of it is kept; nobody, including the site owner, can read it. Confirmation and password emails are sent through our email provider. From your account page you can download your data as a file and delete your account, which removes everything stored with it.

Planner. Your layouts, calculations, folder notes and inventory amounts are stored encrypted. Folder, layout and calculation names, workers and target goods are not encrypted, but only you can see them. The site is run by one person, the site owner, who can access this data technically, only for support or legal reasons.

Each account can hold 5 folders, with up to 8 layouts and 20 calculations in each folder. These limits keep the free site within its storage space.

When you delete a folder or a layout, it is hidden from you at once and kept for 14 days in case you change your mind. During that time only the site owner can bring it back, and only if you ask through the contact page. After 14 days it is erased for good. “Download my data” includes what you deleted in those 14 days. When you delete your account, everything is erased at once: no copy is kept.

When a feedback survey is shown, it is a form hosted by Tally. Answers are processed by Tally under its own privacy policy. Survey progress (such as which surveys you have seen) is kept in your browser.

It does not sell your data, show personalised advertising, or ask for your Port Liberty login. Never share your game password with anyone, including this site.

You can change your analytics choice with Cookie settings in the footer, block analytics with your browser settings or an extension, and clear local storage at any time. To ask a question or request deletion of a contact message, use the contact form.
