  • Instant manifests capped by current town level.
  • Smart (Intelligent) bonus drops to +25%.
  • −10% reputation if your town was conquered by pirates.

Endgame

  • Higher statue costs; Chapter 5 production research matters more.
  • Pre-donations: harbour storage slot for auto donations; overflow split proportionally.
  • Guilds can bid on special personalities for endgame help.
